DMCA and IP Policy
Crawl-Space Connect respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed infringement of content hosted on the Service.
1. Designated agent
The DMCA designated agent for Crawl-Space Connect is:

2. How to submit a takedown notice
A valid DMCA notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or authorized agent) of the allegedly infringed work.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient information for us to locate it (URL or in-Service location).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, for any district where Crawl-Space Connect may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

4. Repeat infringers
Crawl-Space Connect terminates the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law.
5. Misuse of this process
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
