The record moves with the property.
At sale, the owner can export a transfer packet for buyers, inspectors, and agents — and authorize a clean record handoff at closing. Prior owner identity is redacted; the property history continues for the new owner.
A permissioned, time-bounded export.
The transfer packet is a viewer-scope share of the property record — generated by the owner from the share tab when a sale approaches. It is not a one-time PDF download; it is a permissioned, revocable view of the live record.
Blueprint, corrections, events, documents.
The current published Blueprint version — 2D plan, 3D-Crawlspaces™ structural reference, and 360° Space-Crawler™ pano captures pinned to zones.
Closed correction records contributed by verified contractor members, with before/after evidence attached at the time of work.
Quarterly RH logs, scheduled maintenance, dehumidifier service, drainage re-reads, and other timeline events recorded in the last year.
Inspection PDFs, contractor invoices, warranty paperwork, and any other documents the owner has attached to the record.
Sellers authorize. Buyers, agents, inspectors view.
Authorize the export ahead of listing or under contract. Generate the link from the share tab of the property record.
Receive viewer-scope access to read the prior history before closing — without becoming part of the access list permanently.
Forward the link to qualified prospects. No record edits are possible; every access is logged on the property record.
Read prior conditions, see severity-coded findings, and add a viewer-scoped pre-purchase report to the timeline.
Default 14 days. Set by the owner.
Viewer access is time-bounded — default 14 days for a pre-purchase share. The owner chooses the window and can shorten it. Expired links stop resolving; the share appears as expired on the share tab.
Revocable from the share tab at any time.
Any active transfer packet can be revoked from the share tab before it expires. Revocation is immediate; the next request against the link fails. The action is logged on the property record alongside the original grant.
Prior owner PII is redacted at handoff.
When ownership formally transfers at closing, the new owner inherits the property history — but prior owner identity is redacted. All prior contributors (verified contractors) remain attached for accountability; their access is reset until re-invited by the new owner.
See Security & Access for the full transfer protocol and the underlying access model.
